Services

Everything above the gutters — and the gutters

Five kinds of work, one standard: our own crews, a written scope with photos before we start, and a magnet sweep of your yard before we leave.

No. 1

Roof Replacement

When a roof is done, we say so with photos — and then we replace it the way the manufacturer’s warranty actually requires: full tear-off, deck inspection, ice-and-water in the valleys, synthetic underlayment, and architectural shingles nailed by hand-checked guns. Most homes: one to two days, one crew, no subs.

Roof Repair

Most leaks aren’t the shingle — they’re the flashing, the pipe boot, or the nail that backed out in 2019. We find the actual path of the water, fix it properly, and match the shingle so the patch doesn’t announce itself from the street.

What this covers

  • Leak diagnosis & repair
  • Flashing & chimney counter-flashing
  • Pipe boots & vent seals
  • Wind-lifted & missing shingles
  • Nail pops & exposed fasteners
  • Soffit, fascia & drip edge

No. 3

Storm & Hail Damage

This is Green Country — hail is a when, not an if. When it hits, we tarp fast, document like an adjuster, and tell you the truth about whether a claim is justified. If it is, we meet your adjuster on the roof and speak shingle until the scope is right.

Gutters

An Oklahoma gully-washer drops an inch of rain in twenty minutes, and a roof is only as good as where the water goes next. We run seamless gutters on site, hang them with hidden hangers into the fascia, and pitch them so they actually drain.

What this covers

  • Seamless aluminum gutters, run on site
  • Oversized 6″ gutters for big roofs
  • Downspouts & extensions
  • Gutter guards that actually work
  • Fascia repair before hanging
  • Cleanings & re-pitching

No. 5

Inspections & Maintenance

Free after any named storm, flat-rate for real estate deals, and smart every few years regardless. Twenty minutes on your roof, photos of everything we find, and a straight answer: fix this, watch that, or you’re good — see you in three years.
