1. Rosa asks what you’ve seen — the spot, the shingle in the yard, the hail size.
2. You get an inspection window, and a text when the truck is on the way.
3. You get photos, a straight answer, and — only if the roof needs it — a written scope with real numbers.

If water’s coming in tonight, move what you can and call — the tarp crew runs around the clock after weather, and the tarp is free when we do the repair.
