The redbud is Oklahoma’s state tree. It’s the first thing to flower after a hard spring — which felt right for a roofing company that shows up when the sky has done its worst.

Cole Barrett has shingles in his blood
Cole tore off his first roof at seventeen, working summers for his uncle’s crew in Sapulpa. He spent a decade running production for one of the big Tulsa outfits — and quit the week they started selling roofs door-to-door after storms. Redbud opened in 2009 with one crew, one truck, and a rule: we only work for people who called us.
Sixteen years later there are three crews, and every one of them is on our payroll. Cole still climbs on roofs most mornings and still meets adjusters personally on every contested claim.

The warranty
Ten years on the workmanship, in writing
The shingle maker warranties the shingle. We warranty everything we did with it — the nailing, the flashing, the valleys, the venting — for ten years. If our work leaks, we fix it free, and the leak gets photographed and explained like every other job.
Sixteen storm seasons in, the warranty phone rings about twice a year. We’d like to keep it that way.
